While we always take great care when providing out services, removal services can sometimes cause damage to the transported goods and other property. Many goods that we move, such as furniture, were not designed to be transported by trucks or manually carries.

In the unlikely situation that we damage any of your property, we will not be liable for such damage, except where we were negligent in performing our services. To be clear, we will also not be liable for any repair costs in relation to such damage.

We hold public liability and vehicle insurance. These insurances may not cover your property and we will have no obligation to insure your property under this agreement.

We encourage you to take out adequate insurance to cover all potential damage that could arise from you receiving our removal services.
